It has been a pleasure to work with Ruchi Dhar. I worked with her to plan for a single story bedroom and bathroom expansion. She was professional and patient from the first conversation and throughout the design process. I discussed with a few architects initially and found Ruchi’s proposal to be the most reasonable. We went over multiple design options and Ruchi was flexible in producing a few iterations of the drawings. We also needed to file for a Zoning variance, and she handled the process easily. I would like to drop a few lines to let you know how I feel our relation and interaction has proceeded for the duration of the project that we are bringing to conclusion. As you know the project is in Livingston NJ, and timeliness was essential.  I had no previous relationship with any architect before meeting you.  As we all do now when we need help, we go to our computer and search for the help that we need. I had the good fortune that your name popped up as an architect in New Jersey. After a few phone conversations we finalized the drawings which I presented to the town, and they were approved.  As with any project there was the need for some interaction with the building department.  I would send you a text or call you and in less a couple of hours you would resolve the issue and for that I thank you very much. All this was done with a smile and good humor. The only way that I have to thank you is for me to pass on your name as one of the best experiences that I have had with a professional of any type. Again thank you for doing what you do.
